Material Performance

1. Corrosion resistance

: it is extremely resistant to seawater, brine, salty circulating water and chlorinated chemical wastewater, effectively avoiding the pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion caused by chloride ion, and its service life is far more than that of stainless steel.

2. Mechanical property

: tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, excellent toughness, not easy to deform and crack under cold and hot alternating cycle, water impact resistance and fatigue resistance.

3. Heat exchange characteristics

: balanced heat conduction, smooth pipe wall, not easy to scale, stable condensation efficiency during long-term operation; It is non-magnetic and will not pollute the circulating medium; Applicable temperature - 40 ℃ - 180 ℃.
