Material Performance

1. Corrosion resistance

: resist seawater, brine, dilute acid and alkali, waste liquid containing chlorine, eliminate pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion, and its service life is better than that of stainless steel;

2. Mechanical property

: tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, excellent toughness, not easy to deform and crack under cold and hot cycle conditions, and resistant to water flow impact fatigue;

3. Comprehensive heat exchange performance

: uniform heat conduction, smooth pipe wall, not easy to scale, stable heat exchange for a long time; Non-magnetic, non-precipitation metal ion pollution medium, applicable temperature - 50 ℃ - 200 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

The whole seamless pipe is continuously bent, greatly reducing the welding spot and the leakage probability; Special-shaped non-standard structure can be customized according to the customer's equipment drawings, coil spacing and bending radian are accurate and controllable, and the heat exchange contact area is maximized; Unified standard groove of pipe orifice, compatible with welding, flange, quick connector and various installation modes; Check the pressure leakage of finished products one by one, eliminate sand holes and cracks, and adapt to long-term continuous heat exchange operation of equipment.
