Material Performance

1. Mechanical property

: excellent toughness, tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, anti-vibration, anti-fatigue, not easy to crack and deform under long-term cyclic pressure.

2. Corrosion resistance

: resistant to seawater, dilute acid and alkali, saline waste liquid, hypochlorite corrosion, no pitting and crevice corrosion.

3. Comprehensive characteristics

: stable heat conduction and high heat exchange efficiency; No magnetism, no metal ion pollution materials separated out; Applicable temperature - 50 ℃ - 200 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

Integral continuous bending molding is adopted to reduce welding joints and avoid leakage hazards from the source; The coil spiral spacing is uniform, which increases the contact area of cold and hot media and improves the heat exchange efficiency; Standard groove design of pipe orifice, compatible with two installation modes of welding and flange; Full pressure leak detection for finished products, uniform thickness of pipe wall, stable structure, suitable for uninterrupted evaporation operation.
