Material Performance

1. Mechanical property (annealed state)

: tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, yield strength ≥ 830MPa, elongation ≥ 10%; Density 4.51g/cm ³, much lower than steel;

2. Corrosion resistance

: anti-corrosion and non-magnetic in seawater, acid and alkali and chloride ion environment;

3. Comprehensive characteristics

: excellent low temperature performance, high temperature short-time withstand 400 ℃, argon arc welding, plasma welding, good cold stamping forming, low elastic modulus and fatigue resistance.

[ Process structure ]

1. The overall structure is α+β dual phase structure, the strength is enhanced by aluminum solid solution, and the plasticity is improved by vanadium stable β phase.

2. Process flow control

: eliminate impurities in vacuum smelting; Cold rolling control plate flatness; Vacuum stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal stress of rolling; The finished products shall be subject to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, and all layering and crack defects shall be removed; The surface is divided into pickled matte and polished bright plate. The internal structure of the thin plate is uniform without segregation, and the stamping is not easy to crack.
