Material Performance

1. High temperature stability

: long term temperature resistance of 550 ℃ in vacuum inert atmosphere, short time peak value of 650 ℃; The range of strength attenuation is small at 300-450 ℃, which is not easy to be softened and deformed.

2. Mechanical property

: tensile strength ≥ 400MPa, excellent toughness, resistance to cold and hot cycle fatigue, not easy to crack after repeated temperature rise and fall.

3. Clean and corrosion-resistant

: no metal ions are separated out at high temperature, and no workpiece in the furnace is polluted; Non-magnetic, suitable for precision vacuum heat treatment environment; The pipe wall is dense and not easy to scale, and the heat exchange is durable and stable.

4. Temperature range

: applicable to cooling medium - 60 ℃ to wide temperature difference of 550 ℃ in the furnace.
