[ Process structure ]

The internal structure of the base plate shall be uniform without delamination and crack, and the rolling stress shall be removed by vacuum annealing; Dust-free closed multistage polishing process is adopted to gradually reduce the surface microroughness; The overall passivation treatment after polishing improves the oxidation and stain resistance of the plate surface; 100% appearance inspection+ultrasonic flaw detection for finished products, double-side film coating for scratch prevention, bending and punching are not easy to peel and lose light, and they are not easy to blacken and lose light after long-term use.
