Material Performance

1. Mechanical property (annealed state)

: tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, yield strength ≥ 830MPa, elongation ≥ 10%, density 4.51g/cm ³, much lower than steel;

2. Temperature resistance and heat resistance

: long-term use temperature of 400 ℃, short-term withstand temperature of 500 ℃, low attenuation of high temperature strength;

3. Corrosion resistance and others

: seawater, chloride ion, weak acid corrosion resistance, non-magnetic, excellent low-temperature performance, alternating fatigue resistance, argon arc welding, plasma welding.

[ Process structure ]

The interior of the plate is of uniform α+β dual phase structure. The strength is enhanced by solid solution of aluminum element, and the plasticity is improved by stable β phase of vanadium element. Impurity content shall be strictly controlled in vacuum smelting, plate shape shall be ensured to be straight in rolling process, and internal stress of rolling shall be eliminated by vacuum annealing; All finished products are subject to ultrasonic flaw detection to remove delamination and internal crack defects. The surface is divided into two types: pickled matte and polished bright. The structure is free of segregation and the punching process is not easy to crack.
