Material Performance

TC4 belongs to α+β duplex titanium alloy, with high temperature resistance and high temperature strength far better than TA2 pure titanium. Long-term working temperature ≤ 400 ℃, short-time peak temperature resistance up to 550 ℃, high tensile strength and creep resistance under high temperature, no softening and deformation under cold and hot cycle. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, non-magnetic, non-polluting medium, suitable for high temperature and high pressure, alternating load severe working conditions.

[ Process structure ]

One-body seamless one-piece bending molding is adopted to reduce welding breakpoint and avoid high temperature leakage and cracking risks; Exclusive stress-relief heat treatment after processing, completely eliminating residual stress of bend and high temperature deformation; Uniform coil radian, sufficient heat exchange area and stable heat conduction at high temperature; Reinforced groove design of pipe orifice, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure flange, welding and installation; High-pressure air tightness detection of finished products one by one, suitable for continuous operation of high-temperature equipment.
