Material Performance

The product matrix is high purity titanium material with excellent corrosion resistance. It can withstand chemical acid and alkali media, salt solution and chlorinated corrosive fluid for a long time without rust and perforation. The material is stable in mechanical property, resistant to fatigue, cold and heat shock, and suitable for continuous pressure and heat exchange of chemical pipeline. The weld joint shall be uniform in structure and strength, consistent with the base metal, not easy to crack and leak, no metal precipitation, and no chemical medium pollution.

[ Process structure ]

Argon full-protection welding process is adopted to eliminate weld oxidation, air hole and slag inclusion defects; The weld joint shall be flat and full, and the strength shall match with the pipe body, so as to meet the requirements of high pressure and continuous operation of the pipe. The coil structure can match the layout of various chemical pipelines and adapt to the installation of series and parallel pipelines; Standardized butt-joint structure of pipe orifice facilitates pipe flange, direct welding and matching, with strong installation adaptability. Detect and test pressure of finished products one by one to eliminate hidden dangers of leakage.
