[ Processing Technology ]

Forging and forging of titanium round bar → heat treatment and stress-relieving → CNC lathe turning of inner and outer diameter, sealing surface and bolt hole → acid pickling and passivation → flaw detection.

[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium forms a stable passive film under the working conditions of brine, electroplating waste liquid, seawater, dilute acid and alkali, which is not easy to pitting corrosion and leakage; The overall forging structure is dense, resistant to high pressure impact, and not easy to deform and crack due to cold and hot alternation. Light weight, non-magnetic, no metal impurities will be separated out when transporting chemical liquid and seawater, so as to ensure the purity of medium.

[ Process structure ]

Forging and forming as a whole, without splicing weld, eliminate the leakage hazard of high pressure corrosion medium; Annealed after forging to eliminate internal stress, not easy to deform for long-term use under pressure; The flange sealing surface is processed with an annular water line to improve the sealing effect of the gasket; The bolt holes are symmetrically split, and the on-site pipeline alignment and installation are convenient; The finished products shall be pickled to remove the processing oil stain, the surface passivation shall enhance the corrosion resistance life, and the sand hole and crack shall be detected one by one.
