Forging and forming of solid titanium bar → stress-relief heat treatment → NC turning of long neck, sealing surface, bolt hole and welding groove → pickling and passivation → NDT.

[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium surface can generate dense and stable passive film, which can withstand the corrosion of salt water, dilute acid and seawater for a long time, without hidden dangers of pitting corrosion and perforation; The internal structure of the integral forging is dense, the long neck structure can disperse the welding stress, and it is not easy to deform and crack under the alternating working conditions of high pressure and temperature difference; The material is non-magnetic and will not precipitate metal impurities to pollute the conveying fluid. Its long-term service performance is stable and reliable.

One-body forging molding, no splice weld, avoid the risk of corrosion medium leakage from the root cause; The long neck smooth transition design effectively reduces the stress concentration of the pipeline and is applicable to high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines; Precise machining of ring sealing water line on the sealing surface improves the sealing effect of gasket; Standard welding groove shall be reserved at the end, which shall be firmly fused with titanium tube; The finished products are pickled and passivated to enhance the corrosion resistance of the surface layer. Each piece is detected for sand holes and microcracks, and the safety factor is higher.
