Material Performance

The corrosion resistance of base material titanium is stable, the plastic property is good after stamping forming, and the subsequent heat treatment, turning and welding are not easy to crack. The wall thickness tolerance of workblank is controllable, the basic anti-scouring performance is up to the standard, and the workblank can be fully adapted to the working conditions of high salt, acid and alkali chemical fluid after annealing, pickling and finishing; No magnetism, no metal precipitation after processing, suitable for the use of clean anti-corrosion pipeline.

[ Process structure ]

The die is integrally punched and formed, without splicing weld joint, interlayer and hidden crack inside; The transition arc of bend is smooth, and the fluid resistance foundation structure is formed in place; Processing allowance shall be reserved at both ends to facilitate the customer to process welding grooves and polish inner and outer walls; Semi-finished products are not subject to surface treatment, which facilitates the unified annealing, flaw detection and pressure test by the processing plant, and reduces the comprehensive procurement cost.
