Material Performance

TA2 pure titanium has excellent corrosion resistance, and will not rust or leak in long-term contact with dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali liquor and high-salt wastewater; The seamless overall structure has uniform wall thickness, is resistant to pressure and fluid erosion, and is not easy to deform and crack under cold and hot alternating conditions. No magnetism, no metal ion precipitation in conveying medium, no pollution to chemical raw materials; Good plasticity, stable field argon arc welding molding, applicable temperature range - 50 ℃ - 300 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

Integrated hot pushing seamless forming, avoiding leakage defects caused by segmented welding; The bend arc is smooth, reducing the erosion loss of medium vortex and pipe wall; Special annealing after forming can eliminate the residual bending stress and reduce the risk of post-processing and use cracking; The unified and standardized groove of the pipe orifice can be directly butt welded with the same series of TA2 seamless titanium pipe; The finished products are subject to flaw detection and pressure test one by one, without air hole and interlayer inside, meeting the use standard of chemical pressure vessel pipe.
