Material Performance

TA2 pure titanium has a stable passive film, which can withstand high salt seawater, dilute acid and alkali, sulfur-containing brine for a long time, and eliminate pitting and crevice corrosion. The seamless one-piece structure has uniform wall thickness, and is resistant to compression and erosion. It is not easy to crack and deform under cold and hot cycle conditions; Non-magnetic, no metal ion precipitation pollution materials, good plasticity, easy to field welding, not easy to scale and block in long-term use, applicable temperature - 50 ℃ - 300 ℃.

[ Process structure ]

Integrated hot pushing seamless forming, without segmented welding in the whole process, eliminating the hidden dangers of high pressure medium leakage from the root cause; Smooth transition of bend arc to reduce fluid impact loss; High-temperature stress relief treatment after forming to avoid deformation caused by processing residual stress; Standardized groove of pipe orifice can be directly connected with large-diameter titanium seamless pipe of the same specification; Flaw detection of finished products one by one+high pressure test, no interlayer and air hole defects inside, meeting the use standard of pressure vessel pipes.
