Product Introduction
Viscosity refers to the fluid's resistance to flow, measured in Pa·s. It is a crucial property, impacting the flow state during mixing processes. Mixer selection depends on the viscosity of the fluid: low viscosity (e.g., water, oils), medium viscosity (e.g., inks, toothpaste), high viscosity (e.g., gum, plastic melts), and very high viscosity (e.g., rubber compounds, molten plastics). Different impellers are suitable for various viscosity ranges.
Product Types

Propeller Mixers: Consist of 2-3 propeller blades suitable for low viscosity liquids and suspensions with low solid particle content.

Turbine Mixers: Have 2-4 flat or curved blades on a horizontal disk, suitable for gas-liquid dispersion and liquid-liquid reactions where viscosity is not very high.

Paddle Mixers: Include flat and inclined types. Flat paddle mixers have two flat blades, while inclined ones have blades tilted at 45° or 60°, creating axial liquid flow. Suitable for low viscosity liquids and dissolving solids.

Anchor Mixers: The blade shape matches the vessel wall closely, minimizing dead zones. Suitable for mixing high-viscosity Newtonian fluids and pseudo-plastic fluids.

Screw Belt Mixers: The screw's outer diameter equals the pitch, designed for high-viscosity liquids (200-500Pa·s) and pseudo-plastic fluids, typically operated in laminar flow.
