Material Performance

1. Mechanical property

: high toughness, bending, welding and cutting, not easy to deform and crack under high temperature;

2. Anti-corrosion performance

: resistant to concentrated alkali, hydrofluoric acid and salt mist. Different nickel alloys are suitable for various strong corrosion media;

3. Physical and chemical properties

: excellent conductivity and heat conduction, high temperature oxidation resistance, low gas emission in vacuum environment;

[ Process structure ]

1. Dense structure of forging and rolling raw materials without porosity and pores, ensuring pressure bearing and corrosion resistance of machined parts;
2. Full numerical control precision machining, accurate dimensional tolerance and one-time forming of special-shaped structure;
3. Vacuum stress-relief annealing, eliminating processing stress, and not easy to deform after long-term use;
4. Flaw detection of finished products, full inspection of dimensions, pickling and polishing of surface, clean and free of oxide skin.
