Material Performance

1. Mechanical properties

: Nickel material has good plasticity, the tapered neck enhances the flange support strength, resists slight vibrations, and is not easily deformed under long-term pressure;

2. Corrosion resistance

: Resistant to concentrated alkali, molten alkali, and hydrofluoric acid media, preventing galvanic corrosion caused by contact between dissimilar metals;

3. Physical and chemical properties

: stable conductivity and thermal conductivity, high temperature oxidation resistance, low gas release in vacuum environment;

4. Advantages of use

: Simple flat welding construction, complete set of nickel pipe fittings, suitable for pressure stable room temperature strong alkali pipelines.

[ Process Structure ]

1. Integrated forging and molding, seamless combination of flange and cone neck, without delamination or leakage defects;
2. Low tapered transition neck, disperses pipeline stress, evenly distributes force, and has a higher load-bearing capacity than plate welding flanges;
3. Standard plug-in flat welding groove, with good fusion effect with nickel pipe welding, and the corrosion resistance of the weld seam is consistent with the base material;
4. Vacuum annealing eliminates processing stress, and the finished products are inspected piece by piece, ensuring that the sealing surface meets the standard for flatness.
