Material Performance

High precision in pipe size, uniform wall thickness, and good assembly matching; The passivation film of titanium material is stable, resistant to brine, saline wastewater, weak acid corrosion, and has no pitting corrosion or leakage. After annealing, the internal grain size is refined, residual stress is low, and bending and turning are not easy to deform and crack; Non magnetic, no metal ion precipitation pollution medium, smooth pipe wall, not easy to accumulate scale, suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 300 ℃.

[ Process Structure ]

Fully cold drawn and seamlessly formed, with no weld leakage points; Multi level molds are gradually reduced in diameter and wall thickness, with strict control over outer diameter and wall thickness tolerances; Vacuum bright annealing eliminates cold working stress and avoids subsequent processing deformation; Precise chamfering and deburring of pipe openings, compatible with flanges, quick assembly, and argon arc welding; The finished product undergoes full size inspection and pressure leak detection one by one, with strong consistency and meeting the assembly tolerance requirements of precision equipment.
