Material Performance

The thin and light wall of the tube has fast thermal conductivity, low heat transfer loss, smooth inner wall, and is not easy to adhere to salt scale and liquid residue, making cleaning and maintenance simple. The passivation film of titanium material is stable and can withstand high salt brine, chlorine containing wastewater, weak acids and bases for a long time, without the risk of pitting and perforation. After annealing, it has excellent plasticity, is not easy to collapse or crack when bent, is non-magnetic, and does not precipitate metal impurities. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 180 ℃.

Whole cold drawn seamless integrated molding, without welding seams, to prevent medium leakage; Low temperature bright annealing process, maintaining the smoothness of the pipe wall without high-temperature oxidation layer; Precision control thinning process, uniform thickness of pipe wall, stable diameter; No burrs on the pipe end, suitable for welding and quick fitting joints; The finished product is subjected to low-pressure precision leak detection one by one, and the lightweight structure facilitates the internal layout, lifting and assembly of the equipment.
