Material Performance

1. Mechanical property

: TC4 strength is close to alloy steel, and the weight is only 57% of steel; TA2 has good plasticity, not easy to lock sliding wire, and excellent fatigue resistance.

2. Corrosion resistance

: stable passive film is formed on the surface, which is resistant to seawater, salt water, dilute acid and alkali, wet chlorine, and free from rust and corrosion in long-term use.

3. Physical characteristics

: non-magnetic, non-brittle at low temperature; It contains no heavy metals, and the medical equipment will not emit the polluted medium.

4. Application advantages

: threads are not easy to rust, equipment maintenance and disassembly are easy, and the later maintenance cost is greatly reduced.

[ Process structure ]

1. The hexagon head is formed by cold heading, and the joint between the head and the screw is free of fracture potential, with stable bearing and tensile strength.
2. Precision thread rolling, uniform and smooth thread pattern, tight occlusion, not easy to loosen under vibration condition.
3. The processing stress is eliminated by vacuum annealing after forming, the fastening is not easy to break under stress, and the performance is stable under cold and hot alternating working conditions.
4. The finished products shall be inspected for thread accuracy and hardness batch by batch, and the surface shall be free of crack and burr, with strong assembly adaptability.
