Titanium tube and tubesheet are combined by expansion welding, with qualified weld detection, overall acid pickling and passivation, and matched with titanium flange, titanium gasket and titanium fastener.

[ Processing Technology ]

Blanking of titanium tube/Titanium Plate → drilling and grooving of tube sheet → tube bundle threading → tube expansion+argon arc welding → assembly of floating head assembly → NDT → water pressure and air tightness test → acid pickling and passivation.

[ Material Performance ]

TA2 pure titanium has extremely strong resistance to chloride ion corrosion, without pitting and perforation under seawater, brine and dilute acid conditions; Heat transfer and thermal conductivity are stable, and the corrosion resistance remains unchanged when the temperature difference between cold and hot medium changes greatly; The floating head structure releases thermal expansion and cold contraction stress, and the tube bundle is not easy to crack and leak; No metal ion precipitation, ensuring material purity, non-magnetic, suitable for high-purity chemical fluid heat exchange.

[ Process structure ]

Expansion welding composite process is adopted, titanium tube is closely connected with tube sheet, and medium crossflow is eliminated; The floating channel can pull out the tube bundle to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of dirt inside and outside the tube; All-weld high-purity argon shielded welding, without oxide embrittlement layer; The shell can be made of carbon steel lined with titanium or full titanium; One by one water pressure and air tightness test for finished products, 100% NDT for welds, acid pickling and passivation of surface layer to extend the corrosion protection life of equipment.
