Material Performance

1. Mechanical property

: excellent annealing plasticity, easy to bend, turn, punch, argon arc welding; No embrittlement at low temperature, stable creep resistance at medium temperature.

2. Corrosion resistance

: core advantage, corrosion resistance in normal temperature and high temperature strong alkali, molten caustic soda, hydrofluoric acid and fluorine environment; Not resistant to concentrated nitric acid and strong oxidizing acid.

3. Physical characteristics

: good conductivity and heat conduction, with magnetism at normal temperature and oxidation resistance at high temperature; The thermal expansion coefficient is moderate, and it is not easy to vent in vacuum environment.

4. Machining adaptability

: the finishing rod is free of oxide and hard skin, the NC machining tool loss is low, and the surface finish of formed parts is high.

[ Process structure ]

1. Forged and rolled compact matrix, without porosity and pores inside, uniform overall structure, not easy to be corroded and perforated under long-term electrolytic working conditions.
2. Vacuum annealing eliminates the internal stress of rolling, the bar is not easy to deform and crack, and the fatigue life is longer.
3. Fine grinding rod is used to remove oxidized impurities on the surface layer, with high accuracy of outer diameter and straightness, no rough turning is required on the machine, and it is suitable for automatic numerical control equipment.
4. Ex-factory dimension inspection one by one+ultrasonic inspection, elimination of internal cracks and delamination defects, and uniform batch performance.
