Material Performance

After vacuum annealing, the plasticity is good, and the small bars are not easily broken when bent, and the precision machining is not easily deformed by tool shaking; Titanium passivation film is stable, resistant to corrosion from seawater, dilute acid and alkali, and salt containing media, without rusting or metal ion precipitation; Non magnetic, will not interfere with sensors and vacuum electronic components; TC4 ultra-fine rod combines high strength and lightweight, with a short-term temperature resistance of 500 ℃, suitable for high-temperature precision working conditions.

Multi level gradient drawing process, gradually reducing the diameter to avoid rod strain and eccentricity; Sealed vacuum annealing isolates air to ensure a bright and oxidation free surface; The precision straightening process strictly controls the straightness, and there is no bending for small diameters; Each finished product undergoes a full inspection of its outer diameter and appearance, with internal flaw detection to eliminate micro cracks and inclusions; The surface of the bar is clean and smooth, and it can directly enter the precision machining process without rough grinding, greatly reducing the machining cycle of the parts.
